Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BoosterAI digital business card service, websites, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

BoosterAI lets you create, publish, and share digital business cards, capture contacts in a CRM, view analytics, and use AI-assisted content generation. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features depend on third-party providers and may change with them.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including your card details, bio, images, and contacts (“Your Content”). You grant BoosterAI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to it and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to help generate bios, themes, and similar content. AI output may be inaccurate or unoriginal; you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use. You should not rely on AI output as professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content; to send spam or harvest contacts without consent; to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or to impersonate any person or entity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in the currency shown at checkout (INR by default for this deployment). Fees are processed by our payment provider. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, though we may grant refunds at our discretion. Applicable taxes may apply.

7. Affiliate program

If you participate in the affiliate program, additional program terms apply. Commissions are earned only on qualifying referrals and may be withheld or reversed for fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations. We may modify or end the program at any time.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. BoosterAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
